That may be a month, or six months, or a year, some people have rifles they want to shoot. I bought ADG brass a year ago, and a friend has had a rifle for close to a year, that he hasn't fired.

Nosler brass is a small fortune and it’s soft. You will be selling it or throwing it out when you get better quality brass in the future.

Nosler brass comes from multiple sources, some is soft, some isn't. I have used their 280AI brass made by Norma, and it was decent brass. The 221FB was good as well. I much prefer Lapua, or ADG, but people that have not been able to shoot their rifles, are happy to get Nosler, and get shooting. Even Hornady 6.5PRC brass is expensive, and I wasn't at all happy with it, so I bought ADG, which is much better quality, but even more expensive.

Bought some today.
Why?
Well I have a 6.5 prc I won in a draw. And I am selling it. If I want to sell it, it needs brass to go with it or I will never sell the rifle.
It is was it is. Cost me a bit. But if the rifle doesn’t sell in a month or two. Then I guess I will buy some dies and shoot her

Complete lack of brass availability in 6.5 PRC and insane pricing of loaded ammo has reduced my enthusiasm for a 6.5 PRC build to zero. Looking now at 6.5 saum, at least I can get ADG brass for that.

Neerlandia co-op usually has a good supply of Lapua and adg 6.5 PRC brass. I bought enough Lapua for the life of the barrel.
