30-06 ammo black tip?

I have some 30-06 ammo that has a black tip DAC 51 with half diamond in the C it military ammo was just wondering wat the black coloring meant. Also have some with an orange tip military too. Then got some 7.62-39 thats grey case military round has bxn 83 stamp stripper clip.
