Default Help with Trappers Local Bylaws

Hello everyone,
Long story short, our Local kind of fell apart, and we have a new board, and are trying to get it back together. One of our first hurdles is that we don't have bylaws in place. Every other non-profit I've been a part of, we have taken another similar societies bylaws, and used them as a structure to build ours off of. Question, is there anyone who has access to their Local's bylaws that would be willing to share them to give us a starting place? Keep it on the up-and-up, and make sure it's okay with your board first, but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks - Kronk
