Do you guys know what the rule is for SCI scoring with velvet antlers? I read somewhere that for velvet antlers you deduct 2% from the total score. Is that how it works at these events as well and for the potential awards?

I've got a decent velvet buck and was contemplating bringing it to this event for the first time but just wanted to check. Thanks.

SCI horn scoring had some really nice animals last year.
There will be seminars during the day Saturday
There are also Boone & Crockett measurers there as well, Jack Graham comes every year so it's another day to ensure your animal gets scored B & C for AFGA awards if it qualifies
