Default Atahabasca Rainbows

fished a trib to the Athabasca north of Edson on sat. hit upon a school of athabasca rainbows and had fun catching them on dries. ended up catching around 30 or so with largest around 12". all were nice and healthy with a few showing some nice dark colorization. nice to see a healthy population of them in our rivers. have some pics but too large to upload.

all in all a fun day except for the road leading to river. one very rough ride.

Excellent, I caught quite a view last summer south of Hinton as well. Beautiful little fish.
