Brian, how far are you finding that these Wolverine travel? I also wanted to know your opinion of the quota we have on them on the lines as well? Do you think we can sustain a harvest of them at all? I would like to catch on on my line for a full mount if numbers are reasonable.

Nube - male wolverines are using an are of up to 1000 sq miles or 100 x 100 kilometers. Females 400-600 sq km.

I absolutely think we can harvest wolverines in Alberta in the appropriate areas. I believe we could increase the quota in some areas.

Big Grey Wolf , about ten years ago I was hauling sand to Edson and at four in the morning , coming straight on on the highway at Wabamun , approximately just east of the golf course a critter was hoping along and as i came up to it it stopped and I got a full view of a Wolverine , it went east into the ditch . It made my day!
