Default LFGA Range

Hey all,

Does anyone here belong to the Lethbridge range? If so what's the deal, you buy a LFGA membership and then you get access to the range?

For the most part I have been shooting at my buddy's farm but am interested in actually having a range to go to. My very limited understanding is that you can only shoot at the range if there is a range officer present or if you are a range officer yourself. So, if I bought a membership tomorrow and wanted to shoot on Sunday, do I just go down there and hope a range officer is there or is there a set schedule when you can shoot? Is it generally really busy or not too bad?

Any info is much appreciated.

Lethbridge is unique as you need a "Range Safety Officer" course before you can access the range by yourself. Its a short 2 hour course you take and then you get your swipe card. Without that you can access the range as a member with another Range Safety Officer accompanying you.
