What is of greatest concern is that 41% believe Canada is headed in the right direction. Long walk...short plank....Laurentian Abyss comes to mind

A divided country it’s easier to manipulate, think of Canada as a moose and there are a pack of hungry wolf after it ... lots of meat to split once they work together to weaken it then take it down . As country we need to stick together. Just need the right leader at the top.

I saw a graph today that showed to approval and disapproval for the rail blockades and I had to think who in the hell would approve of them. This graph kind of reminds me of it. Ya gotta wonder what is going on in people’s heads. This is the Canada that some people want? The koolaide must be strong where they live.

Sticking together only works when everyone is trying to accomplish a similar goal or works together to benefit each other. This is not what is happening in Canada at all. I am not seeing much effort from those outside of Alberta trying to stick together. There is definitely examples of opposition from BC, Quebec, and Ontario

This goes deeper then Trudeau even remember he was voted into power by people of Canada. There is definitely a divided among Canadians that goes beyond the Liberals but they did do a great job feeding into it creating a big issue

Sorry not much for a big group hug theses days

Not everyone votes in the polls etc in the news paper, I’m sure if it was a Canada wide survey, we’d see that number a lot lower. I’d say about 20-30% area

That is part of it but it goes beyond foreign influence. There is a lot of home grown influence pushing their agendas. It’s become easy for fringe groups to reach each other and seem like a big voice do to social media and push their views

Too much freedom tends to lead to bad things. Not everyone deserves it . As for the local influence just follow the money and it will lead back to their main branch .

Spend some time in southern BC and you will find home grown whack jobs that don’t have a “home branch”. I agree there is no lack of outside influence but there is plenty that developed right here in Canada. We can’t ignore this and assume it is all do to outside influences because they only have a chance to gain ground in Canada because they found people who share their views here

There is big cultural differences and mindsets in the different regions of Canada. One of the reasons I moved back to Alberta is the I prefer the mindset of the people of this province.

Part of this country is just different
