Default Acces to Klein Lake

Putting this here cause there is a trapper's cabin located in there and affected as well. Was out last week and noticed that there are a bunch rocks across the access and some very official looking signs at Klein lake, stating no motorized vehicles beyond that point. It's a historical camping spot for many of us and we park there to ride. Question , is this an official closure, or just more BS from the guy across the road, who did his own version of a closure once before ?
