$&$&$&$&& poachers!
So the nice farmer who lets me hunt his land was telling me about the headless buck he found recently on his land.... God I hate that. I wonder if it's the big buck i saw last year? I guess I'll never know.

I passed some vehicles with guys bird hunting/dressing on the roadside up north of waiporous, suspect they were doing the same the way they looked at us as we drove by. Sad that it happens.

The thing is that head will be in someone's garage and when his friends come over they'll think he's a good hunter etc. I hope he reads this post and understands that all poaching is is lying, cheating and stealing from other hunters whom follow the rules. His head means less than nothing.

The way they looked at you made them suspects in your eyes.

He'll have a good story for his friends and fans.
About ten years ago a young fellow from Edmonton shot a pretty good (180") whitetail out of the truck window on some farmland south of Valleyview where he didn't have permission. One of our field ops saw this, talked to him and took a picture of the dude and the deer. About a year later, this guy is all smiles while posing in Big Buck Magazine with his deer that he shot on a "cutline around Fox Creek".

God damn tricksters killing all the deer,...
I spend countless days in all sorts of crapy weather, walking, stalking, sitting, waiting,...most of the time all for naught,...
These guys walk onto someone else’s property, Bang!, cut the head off and leave,...Bring back “Mob Rules”, let us sort these guys out!

???????
Wait what??
Did you catch them poaching??
Did you see them poaching??
They looked at you and finished their poaching??
How did they look at you, to make you think they were poaching??
A serious, honest question...

I was talking to a F&W officer today. He said they are receiving numerous complaints of people hunting at night, shooting out of vehicles and on land where they dont have permission.

I wonder how many of the stories in Big Buck magazine are 100% true.... I have a feeling many were "close" but not entirely true.

It didn't prove anything. My coworker took a pic of the deer because it was a beauty and the young fellow that shot it was proud to pose with it.
What was the point of your post?

Same here. The officer I spoke to stated that they are prosecuting trespassing to the fullest this fall due to numerous complaints and increase of rural crime, 2000$ first offence, 5000$ second offence, no more petty trespassing fine of 150 bucks or whatever it is.
