Default Edmonton fly tying surplus material swap?

Hi. I was looking through some of my fly tying materials and have 10 life times worth of some things. I was wondering if people would be interested in posting a list of their surplus, to compare lists and possibly trade some extras for others' extras in Edmonton? I would like to trade for things I want/need, instead of trying to sell my stuff.
Just a thought!
Jason

Sounds like a good idea. How do we get started?

Hmmmm...
I'm thinking Mr. Flyguy has been tying longer than many of us have been alive.
That said, I may be interested in some of his dodo bird feathers.

Sally Rand? Holy Moly! I'd like to know if anyone would know who you referenced without looking it up (like I had to). I'm thinking none.
You win!

Oh, I got it. Unlike Flyguy though, I never actually saw her perform.

Default Definitely interested

What a timely topic, was just thinking about this!

I'm interested; I have more stuff than I care to admit I have.

Anyways, I think we could make this easy, skip the list making and just meet somewhere. I'm sure we could meet at a NFLT / TU meeting on a Wednesday evening and go from there. The club may even have some members get in on this.

If this goes ahead, I'll also post on FB in a few pages; I've seen more than few posts lately about people getting into fly tying and wanting to get their hands on surplus materials without breaking the bank.

I'll keep an eye on this thread.

Mike

Hi Mike. Your idea of planning a meeting is way more efficient than my idea. I am down!
