Default Best route to BC (Kimberley)

We are planning on leaving Calgary and heading to BC for a couple weeks with the kids on Thursday. Has anyone traveled that way since the flood? I'm curious how the roads are down south of Black Diamond through Crowsnest pass. Any updates or areas to avoid would be appreciated

looks like no issues on hwy 3 , just at Skookumchuk on 93, if you need to go further north in your travels.

Talked to bro in law lives in sparwood, the bridge coming into sparwood, by corbin mine took some damage to the road, and just before you come into sparwood where the sign is the four lanes 1 of the lanes were taken out..

I drove from Fernie BC to Calgary on Saturday morning with minimal delays due to single lanes. Lots of heavy equipment near Sparwood doing ditch work but nothing major like what happened in 95. The stretch from the Crowsnest Pass to Nanton looked good.

Friends from Kimberley are having no problem getting to work in Sparwood to work at the mine.
