This one is not yet tried. I've been looking for the "colour" of the marl lake bottoms in BC. This is close.
The top is UV set resin. The body is just Hareline UV Lt. Olive ice Dub.
Hook is Mustad C068S size 12

The "blue" glints is the UV material.

regards,

Don

I have a few of these as well, especially in this color. Pumped these out of a nice rainbow a couple of years ago.

All dubbing of some sort.
I will have to look through my collection and get back to you on exact names and colours.

Nice scuds! I have noticed mine mostly ride hook point up which to me kind of ruins the presentation. Ya the naturals go upside-down a bit but not most of the time. I've read some guys tie them on a straight hook for this reason. Thoughts?

Looks good Adam. What technique do you use to fish your scuds?

Thanks,
Believe it or not, I usually hang them under an indicator - Provided that there is enough wind. This method accounts for most of my fish nailed on scuds.

Otherwise, I tend to fish areas around 7-12 feet in depth with some weed growth - full sink line, allow time to get down, retrieve slowly with short tugs. Really fun hook sets with this method.
