Can anyone recommend a fogging fluid for house flies and mosquitos?

Seems like everything is banned except for Malathion, which I'm reading does not do house flies very well?

Open to essential oils but sounds like that's a no go in foggers. Tried garlic, that did little to nothing.

If it matters, the fogger is a little Ryobi.
