Congratulations. That is a very nice bear in anyone's books. By the time they develop that crease on the head it is an older and larger bear. My bet is it weighed about 320 on the hoof, 220 gutted. Did you weigh it?

Nathan originally spot and stalked a beauty 19” black so we took his 14 year old daughter in to the bait and she whacked a beautiful V neck bear. 20yd crossbow. Couple weeks left. Good luck everyone.

Congrats, 2v necks in a row is pretty wild i have yet to see one in the wild.

Looks like you have yourself a great spot,been doing the spot and stalk this year as i didn't put out the baits with all the covid going on, sure wish a would have as it's been pretty slim pickings over this way

Hey no prob. I am a bear nut and I love looking at all bear pics. 2020 is great w 4 bears down, 3 1st timers.
Now I am hunting and the cat and mouse starts. 100yds tonight the anise bear bomb was making him think about it

We harvested 1 color phase here 10yrs ago. 7.5ft nose to tail chocolate. Only had 19” skull. But was easily 500lbs.
