Default 260GR accubonds. 375 CAL

Just curious if anyone uses the 260 gr8 accubonds in .375 cal,looking for results and opinions when pushed at high velocities,like from 375 rum,375 why,378wby I have found a very accurate load just curious of hunting results (penetration,expansion.Thanks for any and all replys

While not as high a velocity as the cartridges you’re looking at, I used them for a few years in a 375 ruger. Nothing short of excellent results. No recovered bullets, no explosions even when penetrating heavy bone. I’d say my velocities were in the 2700-2800 range.

Thank you for the reply all info helps,the average speed is 3180 fps so maybe some penetration tests are in order,does any have any advice for such a test,all I can think of is dry phone books tapped together and about 40 inches thick ?????

I have used exactly two on game from my 375 Ruger started at 2800 fps.
One was a Tom cougar and the other was a coastal BC grizzly. Neither bullet stayed in the animals. Very impressive hole through the grizz.
