Default Choke for waterfowl and upland

So I had amazing performance with franchi IC choke for both waterfowl and pheasant hunts.

I am wondering do I need to change my choke for snow geese with 2 shot shells.

Thank you

If you had such good results on other geese with an IC choke and #2 shot, I wouldn't change a thing for snow geese.

Should be fine for decoying birds unless you’re a skybuster.Probably good to 40y,steel shot patterns tighter then lead anyway because it doesn’t deform.Generally speaking, step down one choke for steel,ie;full choke with lead shot will pattern roughly same as Modified with steel/modified lead =IC steel etc,etc..
Best advice is bust a few shells on a pattern board with 30” circle target and remove all doubt/decide what effective range you are comfortable with.

If you are using the same loads and if you are doing the same type of hunting as for waterfowl, then there is no reason to change it.
