Default Gull lake derby Feb. 17

How many going to the derby on Sat???
I was at the entrance to the lake today and was greeted to a wall of snow about 4 feet high.
There will have to be some heavy duty snow plowing happening in the next couple days to make a parking lot for 1500 cars and trucks.
Good luck to all.

PS our group of 6 caught 18 ling last year

The wife and I are heaeded out there for the early time. I'm betting the wife will out fish me as usual, but as long as the prize is in the household its OK. But I don't think I can bring myself to begging for a cheap loan from her $25000 or if I can borrow her new boat.

I am just wondering.

I want to hit gull lake soon, was thinking maybe monday. Would it be worth it, after the tourney...I have never been to one, and wondering if it puts enough pressure on the lake that the next few days might slow or something???

good luck at the tourney...whoever is going!!

The tournament is all catch and release.
And I'm sure the fish will be hungry the next day.
