Default Chin water level.

Was at 47% on the 19th and website hasn't been updated since. Anyone know if you can still get a boat in right now?

I know you can still put a boat in at 55% but I don't think I have launched at any less than that before.

Have to wait for the expansion unless they still suck it dry even after expansion.

I'm glad the gov dropped in 380000+ walleye fry in Chin. Low water levels surely boosted their chance of survival.

Depending on the size of your boat/Truck it is do able. It is past the concrete ramp 50 feet on the pit run type rocks.

Expansion only means more pivots...
So my guess is it will be the same "suck it dry" result because the expansion is simply for more irrigation and not to maintain any kind of water level.

I got my 18ft Lund in and out July 25 with no problem. The lake has stopped dropping so fast. There are no docks though.

You were really just trying to show off the Bronco with this photo weren't you?

We went to St Mary's. Should still be launchable there for a couple more weeks.

PS Did the Bronco actually make it out with the boat or just empty trailer? Could not resist, not a Ford guy.
