Go up to champion lake by fruitvale. Mostly little rainbows but theres a few good ones in there. If its nice out you gotta be there early as its the swimming hole when its hot. Right off the little rock on the swimming beach cast out towards the swim platform. Lots of back castng room. Or check out the slocan river. Its good too.
