Default I wonder what kind of deviant this is going to turn out to be.

Running the the human rights tribunal because the father of two children vetted him. Sickening.

Welcome to the world where you cannot ask about age and gender for employment. Nothing new really. Just hasn't been brought to the fore front.

Needs a good hard cuff up side the back of his head, something his father should have done.

Were references provided by the person at anytime? No? Then you better not come knocking at my door or even suggest being in my house with my kids. Age and gender went out the door with you

Sickening and disgusting. And even more so that this is not the first time he has filed.

That idiot should have to pay any and all court costs to discourage this kind of nonsense from repeating.

Had that happened the first time he would be very unlikely to be spinning the ghetto lottery wheel again.

Use that same rope for the tribunal, and all the judges and lawyers who wasted our money with this bs. Also the politicians who instituted this nonsense to begin with.

I googled that weirdo. He has done this a few other times. One article had his pic, so I looked him up on Facebook. Many of the articles he posts to his FB are about sex crimes and pedophilia. Not kidding.

This guy should be on a watch list for sure at minimum.

This is another case of the SJW's in the past implementing laws without consideration for potential misuse. Actually, they ignored this exact argument and belittled those who argued against the law.
It's like watching a slow motion train wreck.
Enjoy the decline.

His first complaint made it all the way to the Supreme Court before it was dismissed. Unreal. What did that cost?

Can the premier of Alberta disband the Alberta Human Rights Commision????

I would.

Who funds them?
If it’s Alberta, cut the funding to $1/yr, if it’s federally mandated.

If they are federally funded and directed, can we kick them out of Alberta?
Not sure of the legality of provincial jurisdiction vs Federal jurisdiction operating in the province of Alberta. Follow Quebec and BC’s lead like when pipelines are federal jurisdiction but those two provinces thumb their nose at federal jurisdiction.....or just find ways to keep the issue tied up in court appeals forever such that they have effectively taken back control when it concerns their province.

Whatever happened to "The customer is always right"? Where is the protection for the consumer? Where is our right to choose who we hire? The vast majority of society is encouraging itself to be bullied by serial losers. It has to stop.

"If"? and why was a personal profile check not done from the first complaint let alone the second complaint of said victim? Of being discriminated against of age and gender, why has he not been put on trial and a red flag hanging over him with a short rope. Better free lawyer looking for a good payday? Ya what rights as parents do we have to protect our children?

Angry the train wreck keeps on delivering

Cyrynowski is at it again, and he is within his rights to do so.
Everybody should be proud of the fine work our Alberta Human Rights Commission is doing to protect the downtrodden and underprivileged members of our society.

https://calgarysun.com/news/local-ne...d-b52f8ea4b36d

Excerpt from the article:
Quote:
Numerous people contacted Danielle in response to the ad, but Danielle ultimately retained a babysitter who lived in her neighbourhood and worked close to her children’s daycare. Danielle did not follow-up further with Cyrynowski or with other individuals who had contacted her online, according to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF).

Likewise, Cyrynowski did not make any attempt to follow-up with Danielle. On April 30, he filed a complaint against Danielle, alleging discrimination on the basis of family status in violation of the Alberta Human Rights Act. “I applied for a caregiver job on Kijiji. I was asked if I have children. I do not. I did not get the job,” he wrote in his complaint.

On June 6, the Alberta Human Rights Commission accepted Cyrynowski’s complaint against Danielle, and sent her a letter requiring that she provide a detailed response to the complaint. On June 21, Danielle provided her written response to the complaint, explaining that she had hired a person who lived in her neighbourhood and worked right next to her children’s daycare.

If he's not careful, this Cyrynowski dude just might get asked to come to a job interview late at night at some rural location and never be seen again.

Cyrynowski's final internal monologue: " Its nice that I finally got hired from that Kijiji ad I responded to, curious though that there would be a babysitter required at this Hell's Angels clubhouse. Tra la la lah laaaaa....."

Default Babysitter on Kijiji

Does not anyone get the irony in this post? Who in their right mind would post for a babysitter on KIJIJI? Wow!

There is no end to it, behyond anything I could amagine.

You kind of get numb to the news about all going on today but sometimes

you read something or see something in the news and it simply throse the guts.

Way past anything you could rashinialize nomatter how you look at it, just out there.

https://wset.com/news/local/search-w...triple-slaying
Killed his mother, his sister and her baby then the family dog.
After head shots with a 30-30 rifle, squashed behonyde death with a sledghammer to make sure.. dead.

Fentanol or Oxycotton without a doubt.

Last year another perp. shot a family member then stripped off all closes and
fled north on route 95 from Richmound VA. he was subbdued on the shoulder
of route 95 2 miles north of the city of Richmound .. Naked.

2 years ago a 14 or 16 year old was taken to the ER. for gouging her own eye
balls out with her thumbs, in front of the church she went to.

Fentanal and Crank, said she didn't want to see the bad things anymore.

People and society today are so screwed up it's hard to fathom.

Tin foil hats may end up not being such a bad idea in a few years.

It’s a bit of a segue from the topic, but as you guys brought up naloxone it’s not a bad idea to have a kit handy in case of accidental contact. It’s not always junkies who are the victims. Police, firefighters, EMT’s and others in frequent contact with drug users can get contaminated by accident. I read of a fairly recent death of a police K9 from it sniffing one of those nasty drugs in a vehicle search. Carfentanyl is especially lethal.

The naloxone kits are available for free at your local pharmacy. I just picked one up last week.

Think of the other ways people could get a dose. Criminals get arrested in a stolen vehicle, they contaminate the vehicle and it gets returned to its owner. Then the owner or his family or his pets get killed by breathing dust disturbed from the carpet or upholstery. That or the vehicle is the offenders but gets sold at an auction, even if it just goes to the wreckers it could wind up at a self-serve auto parts yard. There’s many ways to get a dose by accident.

Go get your free kits and keep one at home and one in your vehicle.

I think this topic is important enough that I’m going to cut and paste this response of mine and start a new thread, so forgive my redundancy.

Wink How dare they!

Somebody should bring this to the attention of the Alberta Human Rights Commission. Such a grievous sign should probably be run all the way up to the Supreme Court.
