Default Split necks

I'm on about my sixth round of re-loads with this brass. The necks are now splitting after fired. Is it safe to Finnish of the box of shells when this happens.

Go ahead and shoot em, then junk em. If you want more life from your brass, buy an annealer.

if your chamber is not tight then the expansion and contraction will work harden the brass, eventually they will crack. You can increase case life by annealing the necks after every three reloads in your case. You can get Hornady's case annealing system at Higginsons. https://www.google.ca/search?q=higgi...ox-a&gws_rd=cr

Annealing Kit $66.25
