Default Chased the white Sturgeon again

Tried to get away from all the craziness we are experiencing in the world and fished the Fraser river this past week. We caught the weather patterns near perfect on our trip. Couple days pounding the pinks in shorts catching and releasing more than we could count. Played with my favorite fish, the white sturgeon and wasn’t disappointed. Near 10 years ago I was blessed to land the largest taken that year at over 11 feet, this trip I never beat that but certainly wasn’t disappointed. The only day of rain and we slayed some great sturgeon. Here is the best of this trip.

Awesome fish. I truly believe everyone should experience white sturgeon fishing at least once in their lifetime.

I was out on the Fraser on the 29th. Had a great day. No huge sturgeon, the biggest was about 7 and a half, but a good time was had by all.

I always love fishing for Sturgeon on the Fraser. You just never know what you could catch. 8’3” is my biggest. I couldn’t imagine an 11 footer. That must have been something to see…

I lost my white sturgeon virginity this year as well, no monsters, few over 6ft and largest was 7'7, needles to say I am hooked for life. Now just need to upgrade my boat to jet boat which can handle Fraser river fishing.

It’s on my bucket list to do in the next 12 months.
