Default Model 600 not ejecting properly

I am having problems with my model 600 Cooey 22lr, when i load a shell it will not eject it. and the shell will jam in the barrel, i am attaching a picture of what the chamber looks like.100_0722.jpg
I question the solid part around the chamber? it does not go completely around the barrel, if someone with the same gun could tell me if this is correct i would appreciate it.

Smile Jam

Is the jam a loaded cartridge or a fired case? Important differences here.

Would you be able to post a picture of the bolt face as well?

The solid part has to be at the top (12 o'clock) position as the bolt extractors are at 6 and 9 o'clock position. Your picture isn't very clear, and I don't know how you've oriented it. If it's not at the top, then it interferes with the extractor.

If it is at the top, then check for dirt accumulation under the extractor claws.

correction: extractors are at 3 and 9 o'clock, not 6.
