Default 209 Starter Pistol

I’m headed down to calgary next week and wondering if anyone has a used 209 starter pistol they are looking to get rid of. Just getting into dog training and looking for a cheap one instead of buying brand new.

Dollarama has cap guns for $1 and packs of caps for $1.50. That’s what I use for training horses to gun fire. I buy 5-6 guns at a time in case they wear out quickly. It’s cheap and works for what I’m doing.

The 209 primer blank pistols are getting very hard to find. I found Bashaw Sports had two left so I bought them both. That would be where I would try is small sporting good stores. They were $149 each that was a really good deal I have seen them up to $300 for 209 primer ones. There is a private guy in Edmonton who sells .22 or 6mm acorn pistols Diesel Wiesel told me about him pm me for his contact info if you want
