Default In the meadow we can build a snowman

South Calgary

I shoveled before breakfast. I shoveled after breakfast. I shoveled again at about 11AM. The good news is that the temp has risen a bit and the snow is melting as it hits the sidewalk. Hopefully, this continues and I won't have to shovel when I get home this evening.

I see that some of the neighbors are not shoveling and waiting for the sun to do its job. I think that a shoveled walk/driveway is part of our home security plan, so I shovel.

The snow is perfect for building snowmen. Should be fun for kids.
Sadly, it also perfect for heart attacks. The snow is very heavy and wet. Take it easy.

I tired of snow. The 3" we got has made my mud bog muddier.

Yeah, but do the physiological effects make it worth it?
