Pal instructor name edmonton westmount/ glennora

i forgot the pal instrutors name but he use to host the pal class in his brother's garage in the westmount/north glenora area( between 107 ave and 111 ave ) his name was either robert or richard ..it been years since i took the course , now i have friends and co worker that would like to take the course so i would like to contact him and send them his way . any help is appreciated .
