Default Moose Pics from our Shack in the bush

Hi: I thought I would share some moose pics from around our shack in the bush. It is funny to see them so close to the cabin when we are not there.

Default No obvious Ticks!!!!!

I am hoping these are recent. No obvious rubs which indicates bad tick infestation.

Likely a pregnant cow that knows that a lot of predators avoid going where mankind lives.

All the same, hope she makes it and the calf survives to next year.

That’s great. Thanks for sharing!

Two weeks ago now I got a picture of a moose right behind my cabin too.

Moose are very curious, always seem to check out marten sets on trapline. I saw moose looking into window of cabin on Lake Wabamun couple years back.

We've had them 3ft from the house while we were home with the dogs inside.

Haha had 3 moose in my back yard last week and got a similar picture of the cat looking out at them. Moose were slightly farther away though. Great picture.
