Default One less 'chop shop'

http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/calgar...shop-1.4595728

Looks like a small one but still nice to see them close it:

Three people are facing charges after police busted what they describe as a "chop shop operation" in Morley, Alta.

RCMP said in a release Tuesday that officers went to the property as part of a proactive patrol to curb auto theft, and when they arrived, they found a suspect sitting inside a stolen vehicle with a firearm.

That person was arrested.

Soon after, another vehicle drove up, which also turned out to be stolen, police said. That person was also arrested.

Other people were arrested inside the residence.

"What we know so far is that there are several stolen vehicles on the property as well as a large amount of car parts inside the residence," said Cochrane RCMP Cpl. Troy Savinkoff in the release.

"It appears some of the vehicles on the property are in the process of having parts removed."

Morley is about 65 kilometres west of Calgary.

Aldina Snow, 33, is charged with:

Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
Obstructing a police officer.
Two counts of unsafe storage of a firearm.
Four counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm.
Snow was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

Stacey House, 44, is charged with:

Unsafe storage of a firearm.
Unauthorized possession of a firearm.
Obstructing a police officer.
House is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

Mackenzie Twoyoungmen, 24, is charged with:

Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Unauthorized possession of a firearm.
Two counts of failing to comply with conditions.
Twoyoungmen was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

Charges are also pending against a fourth person.

Anyone with information is asked to call Cochrane RCMP at 403-851-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

If these guys would only steal vehicles from dealerships I don't think people would be that upset. Eye for an eye. Unfortunately they target hard working individuals.

or better yet, if these guys would only get a job and work hard for their money and pay for their vehicles like the rest of us... Wishful thinking...
Hang them all!

I’m sure the Indigenous restorative justice processes in return for non-jail sentences will help prevent future re-offence.
