Default Peppers Lake west country question

I have never been to peppers I hear the road can be bad getting in anyone been there lately?. Would like to do some fly fishing any suggestions?. Heading out tomorrow

You will love Peppers Lake. I've been there dozens of times and the road has never been bad. Little rutty in spots but car negotiable . Road into Peppers a little narrow but because of the campground in there they have pull out spots for trailers. Forestry Trunk Road I would imagine is soft in spots because of all the rain . Some beautiful brookies in that lake.

Road will be fine. Maybe a bunch of pot holes on the trunk road but other than that all will be good.

Ive gone out back to back years around the middle o july, after a weeks worth o rain....road was absolutely no issue at all. Surprisingly good shape actually.

Ive been skinked on the lake both times though, but ive heard theres spom tank brookies in there

We were just there for the May Long Weekend. The roads were just fine.
