Default Meat processor, which one?

After 4 years of not shooting anything I'm hoping my luck will change this year. I'm looking for suggestions of where or where not to take an animal. This would be more to the south side of Calgary as I'm from High River. I have always gone to Paolini's on 58th, but just looking for what others have experienced elsewhere. Thanks.

Do it yourself. If you would consider doing a bit of research on how to, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.. A must try at least once..

Try Calgary wild game meat processor. New shop. European run. Speciliaze in sausage. Took my elk for jerky. Turn around in 4 days. He says sausage. 1 week. Small shop, clean , not busy. I'm confident you will get your own meat back at this place as they are trying to grow. Very happy with the jerky. Tell em joe sent you.

You could try Vulcan Country Meat Markets. They do a really good job.
