Default Need Sako information

Just recently picked up a couple of sako rifles from different members here on the site. Being a long-time Browning fanatic, I am not familiar with all the different makes and models of sako.
Question is, are all sako rings and mounts compatible, or are there different types for different models? I see a few guys selling sako bases and rings here but dont know for sure if they will fit the guns I bought.
Also, I understand that sako made/makes a peep site that fits the rear scope mount slot. Does anyone have one they would like to part with or know of a dealer that could possibly stock them?

Have you been here at all? There's lots of information and downloads available. I hope this helps.

Most dealers will have the Sako Optilock rings and bases. Great set-up. Its all I use on my Sako m75 and Tikka T3 rifles. I have one new Sako m75 - Greywolf 338-06 Ackley Improved with the new Ringmounts - sweet set-up-no need for the bases. My gunsmith installed them for me. Hard to find. I even bought a another set in stainless just to have for another project rifle.

Optilocks - very strong- hard scope solid. Has a nylon bushing so the scope doesnt get marked.

Default optilocs

Thanks guys for the input so far. I looked at the optilocs on the website and they look like a great choice.
Anyone find or know anything about the peep-site option?
