Dave Henry in Bentley does very nice work out of his well equipped shop. I had him glass-bed my Ruger 77 Mark II .338 Win Mag and install a muzzle brake on it, it turned out very nice. He's obviously capable of far greater things than I tasked him with. Search his site and you'll see his gunstock duplicator and pictures of a wall full of take-off stocks.

I've made purchases at Bashaw Sports, and found the staff there to be very friendly sorts; they also do gunsmithing and are a warranty depot for both Winchester and Browning. I've not got first hand knowledge of their gunsmithing talents, but the grapevine sure seems to support them well.

X2 for D.Henry. Now that he is out of the retail business he tells me he is getting much more done in a day. This year Dave has altered his hours and is now only open on Wednesdays for gun pick up and delivery and is only answering the phone Wed. as well. I can highly recommend his work, his number is: 403-748-3030.

x3 for Dave Henry, not only a superb gunsmith, but a pretty decent fellow to boot.
