Good Remington Warranty Service From Gravel Agencies

Contacted Gravel Agencies by email this morning to get a replacement recoil pad for a Remington model 700 that is about ten years old. The recoil pads going soft and sticky is a fairly common problem and I have had to replace others for the same issue. New recoil pad is in the mail already but the real surprising part is, no shipping charge or cost for pad, covered it under warranty. The pads are only worth about $25 and another $10 to ship it but I thought this rather exceptional service given how old the gun is.

Have dealt with Gravel a few times in the past as they are the rep for a few brands and the service has always been excellent.
