Just kidding, I drink their coffee all the time, but would like a McDLT in a Styrofoam container.
So, you throw out the McDLT and eat the styrofoam container? It probably tastes better anyhow.

OP- Stuff happens, contact McDonalds for compensation and so they can investigate that location and possibly upgrade the employee training.
The next time you feel like having a fast food salad, consider a low-carb, gluten free option.

I DID contact McDonald’s customer service, filed my complaint, included pictures and left my contact information including, name, address, phone number and email address. Days ago!

Heard nothing back so I guess I know where you stand as a consumer.

If nothing else atleast this thread got 1,600+ views and people can know what a dirt ball company they really are.

No way, the DLT was the best burger they ever had. Perfect design, great taste.

The limited time things they do are the worst, great burgers or treats that hook you then are gone.

For awhile I went to Mac D to get a coffee and a bagel which is a very simple meal to put together, slice open the bagel, run it through a toaster and put some butter on. super simple.

on a few occasions they tell me to please park in their special parking stall and they will bring it out. 10 minutes later here comes a bagel.

At Timmies you order the same bagel at the speaker out side when you get to the window they serve you the bagel.

Mac D sucks when it comes to serving simple food.

Well I haven't heard a word back from McDonald's customer service after filing my complaint Monday. I guess serving people rotten food 9 hours after their throw out time isn't a concern.

So quite frankly I'm glad I shared this here so 2,000+ people could read about it.

Truth!

The styrofoam container belies it's age in the world of fast food, so me and Ken are old ****s.

The caeser salad is actually surprisingly good considering it comes from McDonald’s.

I’d have to agree with you! It’s generally decent and seems to be fresh and palatable the times that I have gotten it from other locations. A nice to have quick and fresh option when you are on the road.

Helps us pretend we are being healthy. Lol

I received a letter in the mail yesterday from McDonald’s customer service apologizing for the incident and included 2 coupons for a complimentary extra value meal.
I wanted to talk to someone from the franchise directly but I was thankful that the company atleast acknowledges the mistake and offers something to make it right. That I can appreciate.
