No 40 yard indoor ranges in Edmonton area, only indoor 40 is in Calgary. Unless you know someone with a riding arena.

Tough to find 40 yards indoors. But if your 2nd and 3rd axis are good, you could sight your pins in for elevation with a slight wind and then head indoors to a 20 yard range to get perfect left/right. A slight wind would not effect the arrow's drop at different distances. For precise left/right at 20 yards, hang a vertical string and try to split it.
