Sooooo.. It's the final season of my Sons High school rugby. Boston game is on at the same time...
Kinda torn......
I will do the right thing though.
His Mom can tape it and I will watch it later.

I am a Bruin fan through and through. I’ll be the first to admit MacAvoy got away with one according to the puzzy rules these days. Scott Stevens wouldn’t be able to play these days. LOL

I'd be surprised if player safety doesn't give Mcavoy a couple games for that. Totally predatory head shot, and he's a repeat offender.
How that was a two minute minor instead of five and a game....??

Yeah that made me SMH as well, a 2 min illegal hit to the head???? Ummm HUH?? Like Trochu said though, the last guys who blew it in Vegas aren't reffing anymore playoff games, so i am thinking they are a little gun shy. Don't want another Vegas / Sharks fallout..

I would think they will be looking for sure.
Man another good game with Sharks and Avs.. I can't get over how much ice time Makar is getting with the top line, gets the call with 7 sec left in regulation time. He is playing so good. Love seeing a local kid doing so well.

Anderson came back to play so i’d Say that they got the call right. Now, if he was knocked out of the game or worse, there would have been a s**t storm over the call. The way that it turned out I don’t think that it’ll be too big of a controversy. He still might get a fine or suspension but given the circumstances I don’t think that it will be severe.

Agree. My son roomed with him and played a bunch of games with him for a summer tournament in New England (thru Brooks Bandits, my son was carded to them). Says he's a really decent kid too.

How was the Bruins-Columbus series? Tough watching games when they air at 8 am here and I’m already up and about. Wanted to watch that one badly!

If Dallas advances and wins the cup, Bishop will get the Conn Smythe trophy based on this game only. Unreal goaltending at both ends.

Now that was an amazing game, wow. Tough one to loose but St. Louis played better IMO. Love that playoff hockey. Another game 7 tomorrow I think will be just as entertaining.

What an entertaining game I think would have had to stay up all night just to see how that one ended if it would have kept going. It had the goaltending in both ends to last a while. Lucky bounce on that goal, Bishop had no chance on that one.
