Default Castle Park ATV trails

https://open.alberta.ca/dataset/2349...-map-guide.pdf

Does anyone know if this is the map to use to go ATVing in Castle Park.
It shows we can still go from the ski hill to the gate on middle kootenay pass

Asking as I do not know and do not need trouble.

We were on it last July, but I don't know about this year.

I'm into this too - want to do a trip down there again this year.

The York Creek trail to the '46 plane crash is a good one too.

Important Note: This interim Castle Park Guide is for the 2017 summer season only. Revisions will occur following approval of the Castle Parks Management Plan.
This map is for the 2018 season. I see no OHV trails in the Provincial Park. I do see OHV trails in the Wildland Park.

Thank you for this it looks like if you want to go berry picking at middle Kootenay you have to walk or take a mountain bike.
Looks like there is still stuff to do in the Lynx Creek area and can still go to North Kootenay Pass.

The boy and I seen machines running trails along the Satoris road this past weekend. Good for them, I like the “screw the NDP communism” mentality. Other than that the park is like a ghost town.

As far as attracting people to this part of the province for tourism, they have gone backwards.

Was riding along the Carbondale this last weekend, funny how there was a lot of camps set up were they were not allowed before. Tents and trailers and the worst was the dogs off leashes. Kidding I don't care about the dogs but if your going to charge a guy for having dogs off leash cougar hunting be consistent with the granola packers as well. ramcrazy your right about the ghost town a couple weeks ago the overflow at the lake had 2 trailers in it Sunday morning when we rode through it.
