Default anyone ever tried this?

The cabin fever is getting to me, my imagination is running wild.

has anyone ever used san juans on the bottom of chain lakes to target suckers on the fly? real worms on the bottom kill them through the ice, and they grow to a size that'd be fun on a 3 or 4wt.

think I'll give it a try first chance I get.

Suckers can get fairly big in chain lakes. I'd go with 5 or 6wt, North side holds good numbers but it also has weeds to deal with, 3 wt might get hurt + the ever present wind.
