Interesting surprise checking the cams yesterday. Haven't seen this big boy since June 2020. Sixteen months. Belly dragger. So hard to judge weight accurately. He's 400 lbs for sure. Does he push 500 I wonder? Might have to shift gears on the fly here right away & go after him. Exciting !!

Cheers

This is one I caught years ago, with my house in the background just as day is breaking, I have it as my background on my PC

My trail cam is set about 300 yards West of the house.

This bugger showed up 2 days ago...

Guy driving in front of me hit one by Cow Lake a couple of weeks ago. Lots of them around these days.

This was pretty much where the creek crosses right where it starts to swing west. It looked like a younger one but I didn't get out for a close look.

If you can, let's see this thing! I have no idea what to even guess for a score. I might be crazy but I'm guessing 185". That feels low.

One beautiful evening with my 14yr old by my side, I was fortunate enough to harvest this guy. Buck is named Chaos.
No clue what score is. But such a beauty needs to be shared so enjoy. Again best of luck to all this year. My sheep buddy came for drag out, thank you. Then stories and a whiskey around the fire as we stared at the old warrior w 8” bases. The best part of the process.
