Not a bow hunter, and I haven't done archery since I was a kid, but I have enjoyed watching some of the competition. Quite the event for our region!

Chatted with a guy at the range that was headed there. Don't know his name.

I know quite a few competitors both Canadian and from other countries, our ladies team upset the US ladies team and is going for gold tomorrow! This is the first time this event has ever been in North America. I know the main man who made this happen and he should be very proud of what Archery Canada and the club up there achieved.

This was the first time this event was held outside of Europe!

The one Canadian lady did very well, winning a medal in her first appearance in this competition.
