Value? Phone them or make the order online. They won't go through with if it is not exportable.

Default nope

I tried to order a Green mt barrel for a .54 BP through a local smith that had all the papers.Homeland Security saw it was over .50 caliber and red flagged it. My plans for world domination were quashed ,no shooting down aircraft for me. BTW a .54 Hawken is ideal for this.......................Idiots

There is a selection for international exportable products on their home page, if your barrel comes up after you've entered that selection, you can get it from them, but some items may cost you a permit. They'll tell you for sure, if you ask them, as I do believe they are in process on updating recent changes to export that did not go in our favour.

Brownells will do it but you have to apply for an export license if it's a barrel or bolt. That's anywhere from $100.00 to $200.00 USD (they can tell you the price). So it usually means the purchase isn't viable.

The cheaper way is to utilize Prophet River for the export license. Order it fand send Prophet Rivers info to Brownells, they ship to the Prophet's agent, who then takes care of the license. I think Prophet charges $50.00 CAD. So there's a big difference in price.

Way cheaper to just buy a barrel from someone here in Canada that makes them, like Karl Schmidt or Bob Jury or brings large quantities in form the U.S. makers, Precision Reloading supplies is just one option. The cost to bring in individual barrels is far too high for it to makes sense.

If you have a specific make of barrel you want just look up who the Canadian dealer or distributor is for it and get hold of them. I will bet you dollars to donuts they can sell you one cheaper than you can import it yourself for.

Something I find interesting is this is only true for gun related gear. Auto parts are far cheaper to buy in the States. Lexus OEM brake pads and rotors bought form local dealer, $970, bought from a Lexus dealer in the states and shipped up, $425 Canadian, including shipping etc, all in.

You need to select the option in the drop-down menu, AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE USA...
