7 rem mag with long throat

Working on putting a 7 mm rem mag on a Remington 700 action with throat cut for long bullets for a friend of mine
Will be interesting to see how this works out 1-8 twist and cutting the throat for hornady eld seated with base of bullet to the base of the neck. I had to cut the throat .320 thousandths Many of my reamers have no throat and I have separate throating reamers . Makes a little more work but can make throat for specific bullet

Should work great with 180’s or even 195’s. Will it still be able to be mag Fed?

Yes it feeds fine. It’s a Remington 700 and they use the “long magnum “ action
