Default Fish and wildlife in Calgary closed?

I’m spitting mad... took 2 hours off work to go the the f&W office.
Ya, I tried calling first but couldn’t get a person to talk to so decided to just drive up and assume that there would be someone available.

The office is actually totally closed as in ....gone.

No mention of this on the website, nothing on their recorded messages.
Typical government office I guess.

So does anyone know where to find them? I left a message on their
Machine but I’m not holding out hope that it’ll be returned.

It’s possible they are just working from home, I know a few other f&w offices were doing that because of corona

No the office off of Deerfoot and 32nd on 12th Street NE has closed.
Try contacting the Bearspaw AEP office if you have questions they should be able to help or transfer you to an officer.

Question Consolidating offices to save money?

I wonder if this is a result of F&W being absorbed by the Sheriff's department?
According to this thread, it happened on July 22: http://www.outdoorsmenforum.ca/showthread.php?t=383996

Default F&W

We just went through many F & W offices closing 6-7 years ago now one in a city of over 1 Million souls is beyond stupid.
However not as bad as Kenny closing most of Alberta 911 emergency centres even in Calgary.
