Default Pleasure Craft Operator Card
For anyone looking to take the course here is a link to where it costs $45 and you can get 3 cards or $20 for the course and one card.

I did not but both my parents and my wife just did. You only pay after you finish and pass the course.

It is a long process as you are forced to stay on each page for a set period of time. Best to do while watching tv or working on something else.
