I m applying for antlered mule deer draw. Have done some scouting in a target area. My question is, if I select the same WMU for all three choices, does this increase the chance to get drawn?

No it won't.
If you aren't selected in your first choice zone that means there are no more draws available in that zone.
Putting the same zone for your second and third choice is like asking are you sure it's full, not once but twice.
I don't even know if the system will allow you to so anyways.
