Default Bullet weight Variation

Heres a question for anyone that reloads.
How much variation in projectile weight is ok before you start to separate them into batches? On a 200 grain bullets ive got them separate at 200.3 , 200.5, 200.6 a couple at 200.8 and one lone flyer right at 200. Im not looking for match accuracy so am i being overly critical with this?

Thanks for reading😀

On 200 grain bullets I doubt very much that you can shoot the difference and notice it , you certainly wouldn't on an Animal.

Smile Dick's right

You may find that they don't shoot any different from one another. There are a number of other possible components that cause a variation in MV that I'd shoot these first and see what happens.

I still find the biggest problem that I have as far as accuracy is concerned is waving the barrel around.

I bought a box of 500 Berger 140 grn 6.5mm vld and I had about 450 at 140.0, 45 at 139.9 and 5 at 140.1 and once i had my load dialed in I couldn’t notice the difference between any of them at 100m all within 1/2 inch, possible at longer range it would open up a tiny bit
