Default I smell BS, Bullet found after narrowly missing woman.

Check this artical out. It was in our local paper foothills county. I’m not saying It couldn’t happen but I hope if this resident is lieing that they are charged. Bullet doesn’t have any visible evidence of being fired.

Hard to tell from the picture but it doesnt appear to have any marks on the bullet from the rifling.

None of her recommendations would negate irresponsible firearm use. And that bullet doesn't make sense.....

Looks like it has something resembling rifling. But if there were Bullets zinging by her I find it hard to believe that one just fell on the ground as it doesn’t appear to have hit anything.

That bullet was supposedly fired, travelled who knows how many kms, (oh wait, a 200m buffer is all you need according to her), doesn't hit anything, lands slow enough, and at just the perfect angle to gently stop among a collection of rocks without a dent or scratch? Wow!!! That may almost beats the magic bullet that killed JFK.

She should be charged with creating a public nuisance or something.

Don't worry there'll be someone who will believe this nonsense. There always is.

Impressive! You can't even see the teeth marks from where it was bitten and pulled out of the shell before she dropped it on the ground.

Don’t let Mr. Goodale see this one - “Her final request was to restrict shooting ranges on private land so residents have stricter rules to follow in order to fire a rifle on their own property, he said.”

A bullet wizzes past your head and you head and write a letter about it,any time bullets are flying by your head you make an instant call to the feds, plus very few know what a bullet sounds like it's not a wizzing noise,it's a frrrrrep sound.

And if she was on flat ground the bullet would go another 150 maybe 200 yards ,it's still 60 inches in the air and had it happen to me and walked back in a straight line from the shooter and there was a dust of snow on the ground and it was at least 250 yards where it piled up in the black dirt,
I could see where it hit ,but never found the bullet.A young guy was unloading his rifle 400 yards away and it went off,but it was pointed towards me.I was the guide and quit right there on the spot and left 4 guys standing in a field.

So I would be 3 times more mad in my own yard and if I thought they shot towards me I would be calling the horseman. So she decided the next to look for it or found it latter, makes not sense .Plus in that rock you here the wack on the rocks .She heard that sound in the movies. It could happen, but some things are out of wack in her story. The bullet looks pulled and he scrapped the bottom of the boat tail on the neck of the brass on the bottom, but I can't see it close enough.

Call it like it is
She is a lieing bitch ,

and what's even worse , people like her will tell lies to get what they want

What needs to be done is next time a bunch of hunters show up and prove she is lieing ,

You get shot at in your yard and you know where the shot came from, and show where you were standing the feds would walk that yard with a metal detectors for some time.
She maybe scared for her life and her husbands, but not from hunters, why would you be afraid to give out your name if it's true.An accident isn't a death threat, lying 100 percent. If some one wants to send a message your life is in danger ,the house would be swiss cheese.

I find it also funny that she remained anonymous. I think this story was made up for sure. The government will do anything to make more laws and the only way to do that is by this.

I have a hard time buying this. Then again I was had a fellow come yell at me while camping that he could hear my bullets whizzing just above his head, I had 100 feet of elevation from where he was and was shooting the opposite direction into a hillside.

Most people haven’t had the experience of actually being shot at. The snap of a bullet is very different from the report of the rifle.

I had a tag for the 212 primitive elk hunt a few seasons ago and I watched a hunter get lucky enough to set up on the herd of elk on a section of land he had access to he set up in a safe direction as the herd passed but never took a shot cause the elk where out of range of his smoke pole. A lady came racing down the road in her mini van mad as hell saying this guy was shooting at her children and she was going to call the RCMP. The hunter told her he never fired a shot had written permission on the land and wasn’t set up in her direction she left still upse. I think the guy handled it really well I dont know if anything came of it in the end.

The fact that this bullet miraculously appears unscathed and that she somehow found it reeks to me.

Compound that with the event being succeeded by a written, thought out, specific, four point proposal.

Nice try, hun!

So she just found a perfectly intact and unmarked bullet on the ground after she heard it miss her head? I wish I had that luck haha.

Spruce Grove lost their shooting range in Parkland county by the "Magic bullet"
I believe someone is trying to sing from the same song sheet to get her way!

I agree total BS that bullet was never fired out of a rifle at least she had the common sense to pull it out of the case unlike the other one I saw awhile back holding up an unfired round claiming she pulled it out of her wall.

I will say though the amount of irresponsible shooting I see when I am out and about on public land is shocking. I've picked up and moved camp before because I didn't feel safe camped 500m away from a group of idiots reported it to the RCMP don't think anything ever came from it. If we want to be able to continue to go out and shoot on public land there's a lot of morons who need a wake up call. Guys need start cleaning up their garbage behind them and following some common sense safety. I honestly believe we need to do a better job policing ourselves helping out enforcement by reporting the *******es or the anti gun/hunting people will continue to win more and more battles.

Maybe she needs to move to the city, so that she will be safe.

Because there is NEVER gunfire in the city.

Talking

It was chewed on and spat out as indicated by the marks on it....that's a better story, caught it in her teeth.

I live outside of Millarville, this story is not surprising at all, with all the yuppies and greenies in the area. I agree it is all bs there is no way someone finds a completely intact intact bullet on the ground that supposedly just wizzed past her head

Well they are concerned about people not being safe or following the rules, so you know more rules will fix that 🤔. Don’t believe this story for a second, the odds of finding the bullet you hear is so small you better buy lottery tickets
