Default Automatic meatball maker

Hi all. Looking for butcher shop, deli, etc to make meatballs for my catering business. I have seen the automatic machines but to expensive to purchase at this time. I can deliver meat premixed and ready to go. Don’t feel like making thousands of meatballs by hand☹️ Anywhere close to Edmonton if possible. Thanks

Maybe an opportunity to use the government facility in Leduc.

Default Meatballs

Shoot me a PM. I teach Commercial Foods in a special needs high school. We can likely forge a real win-win.

I used to sit on an advisory panel helping food scientists with the language of the kitchen.

They are able to accurately test and measure food products in a lab setting, but lack the background and training to understand how to translate that into common chef terminology. So we would meet-test products and I would provide the language interpretation so they could deliver on the vision of the new product food producer.

I had a combi-oven install there in 2005 and consulted to help develop new food products that required downloadable HAACP info.
