Default Count the Rainbow's

Ice coming off as we speak

Mike the senior Warden at Maligne Lake gave me some good news

Ice is off enough for us too go camping this weekend

special place for any one fishing trout n the whole package

and the beauty is every thing from the flowers too wildlife

they had a slide on road at Medicine Lake

hi-way 16 is a mess .. Controlled burn.. Bridge construction ..Road construction.. take a extra 45 minutes

Rivers are high

nice day for a Old Guy !!!

Be carefull. I heard of a guy who got too close to a Chimpmunk while taking it's pic and got bit on the nose.

Thanks for the update. One of my favorite places, I kayak camp up there once a year at least. Excellent fly fishing in the shallow bays. Absolutely beautiful.

I've never fished, or even been to Maligne, but it's on my radar for maybe later this summer. Nice pics as always.

This is the year to do it because you can get a free National Parks Pass from Parks Canada to celebrate Canada 150.

Good point, plus I've already received my free pass in the mail, although I realize I don't really need one this year.

But don't plan on overnighting up there.....Maligne is pretty much booked solid for the summer thanks to the Parks Canada booking system.
